What this means in practice: our products come from the manufacturer, not from a grey market. With a dosed active — a retinol, an antioxidant — provenance determines what is actually in the bottle, and what state it arrives in.
Both houses themselves warn against unauthorized resellers. That is why the mention appears on every product page: it is not decoration.
Prices
The 50 ZO products are at ZO Canada list price, and the 49 Vivier products at Vivier Canada list price. You will not find them cheaper from another authorized retailer — and if you find them much cheaper elsewhere, the question to ask is where the product came from.
Prices are shown before tax, as everywhere in Quebec. Taxes are added at checkout, and the total is visible there before you pay.
Where parcels ship from
Every order is prepared and posted from 111 Rue Chabanel Ouest #604, in Montréal. We ship anywhere in Quebec — free over $100 — or you pick it up at the counter, at no charge.
We do not ship outside Quebec yet. We would rather tell you here than let you find out on the last checkout screen.
What we do not do
- We give no diagnosis and no medical advice. These are cosmetics. Our routines are suggestions; if in doubt, if you react, or if you are under treatment, speak to a health professional.
- We display no product reviews, because we do not have real ones yet. The day we do, they will come from people who actually ordered here. The score below covers our treatments — and we say so, rather than passing it off as something else.
